The US post office cannot be allowed to fail.

In a lawsuit being filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, Keith Gilabert as submitted evidence that Ann Logue intruded on his privacy and posted malicious lies because she had a posting about Keith Gilabert removed from another site. The posting dated November 18, 2011, "Keith Gilabert Pled Guity. That's a Fact," states that Gilabert raised $14 million, mass marketed the fund he managed and he charged a fee to his investors on phony profits. Logue concluded at the end of her blog that she is reporting "Facts".
Gilabert, says in court documents that Logue is a liar and is trying to promote her failing and poor selling books by exaggerating and inventing scenarios that "simply do not exist". Logue also stated that she cannot be sued for any content that she publishes on Gilabert since the statue of limitations has expired. Gilabert contends that the statue of limitations is on his side and that he has 1 year from the date of publication. "All I want is for Annie Logue to prove her facts in court, which I know she cannot because no government agency has ever submitted any evidence which will support her allegations," according to Gilabert.
